Why Your Walls Stay Damp & Paint Keeps Failing — Even After Renovation

*A common but often overlooked issue in many buildings is poor or missing slab waterproofing at ground level.
*This creates a chain reaction of problems that no amount of repainting can fix.

ROOT CAUSE
=When a building’s foundation (slab) is not properly waterproofed:
+Ground moisture rises upward through the concrete via capillary action
+This moisture penetrates walls from the base going up
