We are aware of a sophisticated scam targeting one of our property in Meanwood Ibex, Lusaka. Please read the notice below carefully and share this post to protect others from being swindled. We are working closely with the Zambia Police to bring these fraudsters to justice.
🛑 PUBLIC NOTICE: FRAUD ALERT – PLOT U8, MEANWOOD IBEX🛑
Bellview Mining and Equipment Services Limited (formerly known as Bellview Tools Limited) wishes to alert the general public and all prospective property buyers regarding fraudulent activities involving our property, Subdivision U8 of 382, Meanwood, Lusaka.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING: Plot U8 Meanwood Ibex is NOT FOR SALE. The Board of Directors has not authorized any individual, agent, or representative to market or sell this property.
IDENTITY THEFT: The police have have identified individuals, who are impersonating company officials to facilitate a fraudulent sale.
FORGED DOCUMENTS: Any documents presented under the name "Bellview Tools Limited" regarding this land are forgeries.
LEGAL ACTION: A formal criminal report has been lodged with the Zambia Police Service. Police investigations are active, and anyone found trespassing or attempting to develop the land will be prosecuted.
PUBLIC ADVISORY: We urge the public to exercise extreme caution. Do not make any payments or enter into agreements regarding Plot U8. If you have been approached by these individuals, please report immediately to the nearest police station.The Company remains the sole legal owner of the property and will take all necessary measures to protect its assets.
