This client has been battling with extreme water loss for months. We pressure tested the system and found both suction and return line losing pressure. Repairs carried out with class 9 high pressure fittings. Upon start up we also found that the mechanical seal of the pump has failed. We will replace the mechanical seal and have the system up and running correctly on Monday.
