From an underutilized space to a luxurious Victorian en-suite conversion! 🛁✨

We recently transformed this home by closing up an existing cavity on the landing and opening up a direct access point from the bedroom—creating a brand-new, private master en-suite packed with character.

What went into this build:
🪵 Subfloor & Preparation: Ripped up the old timber flooring, prepped and installed 18mm shutterply, and applied a complete tanking/waterproofing system to secure the foundation.

🚰 Plumbing & Electrical: Fully re-routed and installed all new rough-ins to accommodate the freestanding clawfoot tub, wall lighting fixtures, and classic washstand.

🎨 Finishes & Details: Installed period-accurate octagonal floor tiling with dark cabochons, vertical subway wall tiling with traditional trim moulding, and finished off with crisp, clean wall paint and warm accent lighting.

Is your large family constantly running out of hot water? We recently tackled a major hot water shortage for a client in Anchor Bay who was struggling to keep up with the demands of a massive home featuring 5 bathrooms plus staff quarters.

The solution? A high-capacity dual system! 🛠️

We installed two 200L Kwikot Superline geysers connected in series. By plumbing them this way, the water is pre-heated in the first tank before entering the second, effectively doubling the hot water storage and ensuring a consistent, high-pressure flow to every corner of the house.
