Steps to take to build a successful house project.
1. Architecture (building plan design)
2. Structure engineer (designing the engineering part of your house)
3. Quantity Surveyor (cost analysis)
4. NHBRC (enrollment of your housing project to NHBRC) for the purpose of insurance cover for yourself and the future potential clients when you decide to property on the market.
5. Appointment of a credible contractor, i.e., NEW BUILD TRADING PTY Ltd. This company should be registered and accredited by the NHBRC and should also be compliant to the Compensation For Occupational Injuries and Disease Act of SA. COID ACT.
Why NHBRC?
Many homeowners found themselves wrestling with bogus contractors who would abandon the project in the middle and disappear with the homeowners' money, leaving material to rod and also countless defects behind.
Now, as the homeowner, if you employed a registered contractor, you are now able to report this contractor to the NHBRC and lay a formal complaint against him/her, in which a decisive action would be taken against him.
People are tired of getting ripped off.
Again, this would help any potential client who wishes to buy your proper through bank financing. Banks don't finance a house not enrolled with NHBRC, *period*
Why letter of goodstanding?
This is to cover workers in the case of injuries arising in the course of employment.
Now, Be wise and talk to NEW BUILD Projects and LET US SHOW YOU HOW!
