Tripped again. Fourth time this week. Somebody resets it, it runs for a day, and it goes again.
A motor that keeps tripping isn't being difficult. It's telling you something. Low voltage, a phase dropping out, the wrong overload setting, a bearing on its way out, or a hard start that's slowly cooking the windings.
Keep resetting it and one day it doesn't come back.
We find out why it trips, then fix that. Motors, starters, overloads and VSDs. Twenty years on farms and plants.
Book a fault find before it becomes a rewind.
