The layering of public and private space facilitated the creation of a tranquil sanctuary on one of Johannesburg’s busiest roads. The building responds to the limitations presented by the site, the client's needs and the South African climate. The illusion of space is created through the integration of interior and exterior volumes, keeping in line with the company’s vision to forge a link between architecture and landscape.

The Home of the DeZign In is situated in the leafy suburb of Parkwood, designed and constructed by our team in the mid 2000’s standing the test of time.

The building is designed with all the fundamental green principals as its core in conjunction with the use of natural stone, steel and glass enhancing the light airy feel which is experienced in every part of the building.

Our building utilizes renewable Solar Energy which provides sufficient electricity for tenants and a borehole that provides us with our water necessities making us independent from most of the local municipal services.

A Double Volume Entrance clad in Stone and Steel provides the common lobby with natural Sunlight which permeates through the boardroom and offices enhancing the special experience.

Tenants and Visitors are in awe of the effective utilization of space and gradients which allowed us to create a multi-story facility.
