THIS IS MY THERAPY
After leaving my job, due to intense burnout and depression, learning to work with Polymer Clay really pulled me out of my sadness.
I lay in bed for days, just doom scrolling random cr@p, and came across a few of Rae 's videos. For the first time in years, something grabbed my interest. I watched more and more videos, from different artists too and I was hooked. I bought some cheap clay off Temu (yuck 😅) and started playing around. The more I played, the more alive I felt. Even my family noticed a happier side. I had something I was waking up for, something that was healing my saddened thoughts. I still have days where life feels a little too heavy, like today, but a little downtime with my clay, brings me right back up. I can honestly say, if it wasn't for my hubby and daughter, and finding this absolutely beautiful hobby, I would not be here today.
I'm also so grateful, for the love and support from everyone liking, following and commenting such positive thoughts on my work, you all are truly amazing.
Thank you 🥰🥰🥰
