Removed the old sink and mixer and had to trim the counter to fit new sink,

Renovation update

New vinyl flooring installing has started with two room completely done and an edging strip along exsisting skirting board allowing for movement and sealing the edges for a clean finish💪

Spot of white paint finishes the flooring off completely 👌

💥 Client wanted her round bowl replaced with a square one

👀 Only problem couldn't take counters off to cut so staff taped up a section and we used a fan pointing towards a window and cut the clients counter to fit new bowl,💪

A little clean up first then installed the new bowl complete with a new mixer

👀 We measured and cut a even square and tiled the wall with the same tiles as the base making it a feature, due to not being able to match the wall tiles,

💥 We worked with the client to come up with this design and it turned out great

💦 Shower tray replacement💦

Clients shower tray in the wooden cottage for the staff had been broken,
We arrived with a new one, removed the shower glass and continued to remove old tray,💥

👀 Apon removing we found the support for the floor had collapsed so under the house we climbed and propped up the beam ensuring it was solid and installed the new tray which lined up perfectly now,

Reinstalled the shower door🚪 and continued to silicone the tray and door ensuring a water tight seal🙏🏻

Burglar guards removed from the windows and all old holes patched in the walls

We gave the walls two quotes of primer to ensure final coat goes on smooth and nothing shows through,

Two coats of final white colour giving these walls a great new look and making home look like new 💥
