Must be available to start on the 6th of January 2025.

Must reside in Gauteng and be willing to travel to Midrand area at own cost.

Working hours:- Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 5p.m, overtime as required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Pricing of tender Bills of Quantities and production of all the supporting documents (programme, cashflow, methodology etc) thereof
 Site measurements
 Main contactor & Subcontractors IPCs
 On-site measurements for quotes and compilation of BOQ
 Attending tender briefing sessions
 Attending site progress meetings
 Managing and verifying all the quotations received

REQUIREMENTS
• DEGREE OR B-TECH QUANTITY SURVEYING
• 3-5 YEARS EXPERINCE
• CCS CANDY (Construction Computer Software)
• MS Office Suite
