Another successful project completed by Rheeders Construction & Projects! 🏗️✅
This roof had an original fall of only 1°, which wasn't sufficient to drain rainwater properly. As a result, the roof experienced ongoing leaks and water damage.
Our team carried out a full assessment and rebuilt the entire roof with the correct fall to ensure efficient water runoff and long-term protection against leaks.

Rheeders Construction & Projects | Retail Fit-Out Completed
We are proud to showcase the successful completion of a full retail fit-out at Kathu Shopping Centre, where three existing shop units were transformed into a single, modern white box space for a new Power Fashion store.
Our scope of work included:
• Demolition of existing walls to combine units
• Construction of new internal walls
• Installation of a new toilet, including plumbing and tiling
• Complete electrical installation from the main LV room (lighting, plugs, and air conditioning supply)
• Installation of 4 cassette air conditioning units and 1 wall-mounted unit
• New suspended ceilings and bulkhead construction
• Removal of existing floor tiles and floor preparation/levelling
• Full interior painting throughout the space
All work was executed on-site by our experienced team, ensuring quality workmanship and a professional finish, ready for retail occupation.

Another good outcome on a roof that was leaking in Rooihuiskraal. Sealed the roof with supa rubber and fiberglass.

Another roof sealed by Rheeders Construction & Projects. This roof had a lot of leaks due to the big hail storm Pretoria got last year.
We sealed it with supa rubber and painted it with dulux weather guard.

Another happy klient. We waterproofed the roof with supa rubber and fibre glass. Then we gave it a fresh look with charcoal paint. What a difference.
