Did you know failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign can cost you $110–$510 and 3 demerit points on your record for up to 3 years?
But the real cost…
is when another vehicle is coming and doesn’t have time to stop.
That’s when it turns into one of the worst days for two drivers. Whether it's the cost of repairs from an accident or the cost of a life.
We’re not here to bash anyone because we know distractions happen from time to time— just a reminder to slow down, stay alert, and double check before you go. One simple mistake can change everything in seconds.
Luckily, both Brad and the other driver made it home to their families tonight.
Let’s all do our part to keep the roads safe and take extra caution.
(Again, this is not a "bashing" post so please be kind)
We just want to share how in this industry there is sure alot of "almosts" and "what-ifs" which is why we are always paying attention from the moment the truck starts up, until the moment the truck is parked.

🚛 Fact Friday – Part 2

We not only have to watch for blind spots and regular road safety… yesterday (April 16, 2026) was also a reminder that we need to stay alert for drivers who may lack basic road awareness.

As we all know, this is a serious concern—not just for truckers on the highway, but for everyday drivers who experience this kind of behavior far too often.

Let’s all do our part to keep the roads safe. Check, double check, and triple check your surroundings—because not every driver out there is paying attention.

🚛Fact Friday!

Just a friendly reminder that dump trucks have blind spots—just like other big trucks on the highway. We’re always checking the area wherever we’re working to make sure everything is done safely, double and triple checking our surroundings in our trucks and equipment.

Be sure to check out the diagrams in the comments below to see where those blind spots are and how much distance a truck driver needs on the highway to safely see you.

We take pride in working hard, but more importantly, we want everyone to get home safely to their families at the end of the day. ❤️
