This skylight in Vaucluse was leaking due to tiles being lapped only 30mm well under the minimum 80mm requirement and held together with silicone.
We corrected the tile laps and installed Wakaflex to properly seal the lap and cover the existing skylight flashing ensuring a watertight, long-term solution. 🏠
