5月​21日，​長洲​太​平清醮​開鑼！​
1​2位​選手​即將​在​凌晨​零時攀​上​14​米高​的​包山，​爭奪​「包山​王」​「包山​后」。​

​如果​這​幾​天​到​長洲​感​受​太​平清醮​的​氣氛，​也​可以​順道​走​到​長洲​公園，​看看​這個剛剛​完成​改造​的​兒童​遊樂場​——​兩座黃​綠色鏤空塔樓​更新​了​原有​設施，​塔樓​之​間架起懸空網橋​和​螺旋​滑梯，​玫​紅色​的​樓梯​和​入口，​像​平​安包上​那​抹​紅印。​
建築​師​不​是​在​畫一​個​遊​樂場，​而​是​在​回應​一​座島。​

​長洲​是​漁村、​是​離島，​也​是​每​逢​太​平清醮便​特別​熱鬧​的​小島。​長洲​公園​的​遊樂​場​改造後，​透過​攀爬、​探索、​穿越​的​身體​體驗，​和​太平清醮​搶​包山​的​精神​暗暗​呼應：​向​上、​協作、​勇敢。​
這​不​只​是​給​小孩​的​遊樂場，​也​是​給​一​座島​的​身份​表達。​

【AaaM更新項目 「從百貨到社區客廳」：北京大興新辰天地的重生】 🏙️

北京大興新辰天地的前身是典型的「百貨模式」——百聯清城購物中心。隨著消費習慣的演進，這座龐大的建築逐漸需要得到更新。AaaM 建築設計工作室與 DUAL Studio獲新辰商業集團邀請，將這座近五萬平方米的建築重新定位為「社區型購物中心」，透過精確的空間介入，讓建築重新成為社區生活的容器。

為了在極短工期與預算限制下實現轉型，我們實踐了三大核心策略：
1️⃣ 適應性再利用 (Adaptive Reuse)： 保留原有建築骨幹，透過空間比例的優化與動線重組，將原本封閉的百貨盒子轉化為開放通透的城市空間。
2️⃣ 從「銷售導向」轉向「社區導向」： 重新定義商業邏輯，將零售、餐飲與社交功能有機融合。設計不再以品牌為核心，而是以「人的日常場景」為核心。
3️⃣ 「輕量介入」設計策略 (Light Intervention)： 捨棄厚重的立面翻新，採用銅色鋼索進行幾何編織，在 300 米的沿街立面上創造隨光影變化的「摩爾波紋」。這是一種低能耗、高感知的介入方式，讓建築立面重新「呼吸」。

這是我們對城市存量優化的一次深度回應：讓設計回歸生活。

Formerly a classic sales-driven department store, the Bailian Qingcheng Shopping Center in Daxing, Beijing, had gradually lost its connection with the neighborhood. Invited by Xinchen Commercial Group, AaaM Architects and DUAL Studio reimagined this 50,000 square meter project as a “Community-Oriented Mall,” using precise spatial interventions to bring architecture back into the fabric of daily life.

To complete this transformation within a tight 9-month schedule and budget, we implemented three key strategies:
1️⃣ Adaptive Reuse: Preserving the original structure while optimizing spatial proportions to transform an enclosed retail box into a transparent and inviting urban container.
2️⃣ From “Sales-Driven” to “Community-Driven”: Redefining the commercial logic by prioritizing human-centric daily scenes over brand-centric layouts, integrating retail, F&B, and social functions organically.
3️⃣ “Light Intervention” Strategy: Eschewing heavy facade reconstruction, we utilized copper-colored steel cables in a geometric weaving pattern. This creates a dynamic “Moiré effect” that shifts with the sunlight across the 300m elevation—a low-impact, high-perception approach that allows the architecture to “breathe” again.

【AaaM Branding 歷史建築中的未來工作場景】

瑞士戶外運動羊毛服裝品牌 [sn] 所在空間原為上海「滬西被服廠」，起源於1918年劉伯森創辦的「寶成紗廠」，後來由日本人注資，更名為「日華五廠」。 1949年後，身為人民解放軍總後勤部軍需生產部102廠。直至2016年整體改造成為集商業和辦公於一體的創享塔．the x tower 園區。現存歷史建築由德國人設計建造，採用鋼筋混凝土框架結構。

項目所在的創享塔由老工廠改建而成，保留了舊建築的結構、尺度與光線語彙。AaaM 以最小介入原則（Minimal Intervention）進行設計 —— 在不抹去建築時間痕跡的前提下，注入可持續、可調整的工作與展示功能。AaaM希望轉化歷史建築為可以承載複合功能和身分價值的互動空間，並將歷史記憶和空間故事在這棟廠房中傳承下去，讓建築歷史與未來辦公模式對話，實現永續更新。

設計概念
🔹 保留歷史肌理｜ 裸露結構、原有樓板與工業細節被視為場域記憶的一部分。
🔹 導入未來功能｜ 模組化傢具、可調節隔斷、靈活展示軌道讓空間能因應不同使用情境。
🔹 永續運作邏輯｜ 以「可變、可重組」取代一次性裝修，減少材料浪費並延長空間生命週期。

項目設計最後是一個能同時承載品牌故事、日常工作、未來展演 的容器，讓歷史成為基礎，而品牌在此繼續創造未來、展示核心價值。

這不僅僅是 [sn] 的新基地，也是 AaaM 持續探索的方向 —— 讓建築成為連結過去與未來、品牌與人之間的媒介。

📍 上海葉家橋路創享塔創意園區

Located in Shanghai’s at the revitalized the x tower, the new [sn] headquarters and brand showcase sits inside a century-old industrial compound once known as the Shanghai Uniform General Factory.

The project sits within this former factory complex, where the original structure, proportions, and daylighting qualities have been preserved. Using a minimal-intervention approach, AaaM introduces adaptable, sustainable, and future-ready workspace and exhibition functions—while retaining the building’s time-worn texture. By allowing the building’s memory to remain visible, the design fosters a dialogue between architectural history and future modes of work, achieving a long-term and sustainable transformation. AaaM developed the “Shop Meets Workshop” spatial strategy:

🔹 History Preserved — Exposed concrete frames, original slabs, and industrial details keep the past visible.
🔹 Future Integrated — Modular furniture, adjustable partitions, and flexible display systems support evolving uses.
🔹 Built for Longevity — Reconfigurable components replace disposable fit-out, reducing waste and extending the space’s lifecycle.

The result is a hybrid environment where brand, work, community, and history coexist — a space that honors its past while enabling [sn] to create its future.

For AaaM, it embodies our belief that architecture is a medium that connects people, brand stories, and time.

AaaM建築設計工作室受瑞士戶外運動羊毛服裝品牌[sn]邀請，攜手Xframe Studio為其設計辦公室與品牌展示結合的多功能空間。

位於上海創享塔創意園區的[sn]展示​及​總部辦公室空間，是我們以「鋪坊融合」為設計理念打造的品牌展示 × 辦公的多功能空間。設計團隊希望創造一個可持續、靈活開放、健康互動的辦公環境。除此之外，作為品牌首個在上海的永久展示空間，設計必須體現品牌的核心價值，讓員工、訪客和消費者對品牌有更深刻的理解。

🔹 「鋪」 —— 代表品牌展示、社群活動、公開交流
🔹 「坊」 —— 代表研發、設計與日常工作場景

[sn]以「自然 × 科技 × 工藝」構成核心價值，我們便以這三者為敘事基礎，把展示與辦公融合為一條流動的中軸：

半開放式的隔斷、可移動的模組家具、中央軸線的穿透視覺，訪客於中軸展區了解到品牌理念與價值的同時，亦能透過半開放式隔斷，窺探到兩側「作坊式」辦公區，切身體會品牌在產品塑造過程中的工匠精神。

這項目正互呼應[sn]“merino made better” 的品牌精神，也是 AaaM一直相信——品牌不止於單向傳遞，而是品牌與人互動和共同構成的場景。

我們把展示與辦公連成一條流動的軸：走進「鋪」，看見品牌理念；走進「坊」，看見想法如何實踐。半開放隔斷、可移動模組家具與中央軸線的視覺穿透，使訪客能同時感受品牌展示與製作的能量和關係。

這個項目實現了 [sn] “merino made better” 的精神，也體現 AaaM 的核心信念：品牌不是單向傳遞，而是在場域中與人互動並共同構成的體驗。

AaaM, together with Xframe Studio, transformed [sn]’s Shanghai HQ into a multifunctional “shop + workshop” that embodies the brand’s philosophy. The central axis links public brand display with adjacent workshop-like offices that visitors can see both the product and the making process. Movable modular furniture, semi-open partitions and visual permeability make the space flexible, sustainable and interactive.

This project brings [sn]’s “merino made better” to life. It also reflects AaaM’s design belief: brands are created in dialogue with people and place.

2️⃣M+ 博物館 《展廳遊戲》
走進M+​博物館，四部​移動​裝置​逢​星期日​登場，​讓​家庭​與兒童透過遊戲​學習，​自然​展開​與藝​術品​的​對話。​藝術​不​再​遙遠，​而​是​日常​共享​的​公共​體驗。​

3️⃣沙田及灣仔球場美化項目
​「感應​街場」​計劃​美化​球場​項目中​的​沙田​排頭村​遊樂場​及​灣仔軒尼​詩道遊樂場​正式​落成，​​透過社區參與​收集​故事，​設計​回應​居民​記憶，​讓球​場​不僅​是​運動場，​更​是​凝聚​人情、​跨越​年​齡層​的​公共​空間。​

​4️⃣ 塘尾道兒童遊樂場
「童理玩」​計劃​第一​個​改建​公共​遊樂場項目去年​底​正式​落成，設計團隊與​孩子​共​創遊​樂場，​以​「大白鯊」​遊戲轉化​為遊樂場主題，抽象​設計讓遊​戲持​續​演變，​遊樂​場​成為社​區記憶與​文化​交流​的​錨點​。

​在​我​們​居住​的​每​一​個​社​區內，​總會​有​一​個​街場​在​附近。​這些​街場​陪伴著​你​成長，​承載​著​你​我​的​回憶。​你​在​你​的​街場​上​有​什麼​難忘​感動​時刻？​

AaaM Architects​受康文署​藝術​推廣​辦事處邀​請​作為策​劃​夥伴，​以​沙田頭村​遊樂場、​元朗鐘聲​徑遊​樂場​和​灣仔​軒尼​詩道遊樂​場​作為​試點，​推出​「感應​街場」​公眾​參與​活動，​從網​上​問卷與​工作​坊當​中與球場​使用者​展開​一​場​與​「波友」​的​對話，​收集​他​們​的​街場​故事，​構理​大家​的​情感​記憶，​從​中​激發對街場​美學​的​想像，​讓設​計​成為人、​地方​與​想像​的​連結。​

​我​們​很​高興​分享​首​兩​個球場​美化​項目​的​成果​ ​——​ 沙田​排頭村​遊樂場 與 灣仔軒尼​詩道遊​樂場。​

​在​沙田​排頭村，​一個​經常​用​作練​習​場地​的​球場，​設計​呈現​年​輕人​眼​中​的​活力​與運​動員​的​熱血，​讓球​場​成​為融合藝​術與​運動、​凝聚​不同​世代​的​公共​空間。​在​灣仔​軒尼​詩道這條​繁忙而​急促​的​街道​旁，​一​個​比平​常面​積​較細​的​籃球場，​展開​了​一​場​關於​地方​與流動性​的​對話。​新設計​既​繁忙​地區​的​氛圍，​又​為​非常​規籃球場​加入​「四​分線」​新​概念，​為這​個經典場​地​帶來​全​新​體驗​與​交流。​

“Sports Courts CONNECTING...” Where Creativity Meets Sports Court

In every neighbourhoods, there is always a sports court nearby. These are places where we spend a great deal of our lifetime and build endless memories. What is your unforgettable moment or story at your home court?

AaaM Architects, invited by the Art Promotion Office of the LCSD, launched “Sports Courts CONNECTING...” public engagement activities at Shatin Pei Tau Village Playground, Yuen Long Chung Sing Path Playground and Wanchai Hennessy Road Playground. Through online surveys and workshops, people shared their stories and memories, sparking imagination around court aesthetics and turning design into a bridge connecting people, places, and ideas.
We are excited to reveal the first two revitalized courts: Pei Tau Village Playground and Hennessy Road Playground.

At Sha Tin Tau Village, the court reflects vitality and athletes’ passion, transforming it into a vibrant public space that blends art with sports and different generations. At Wan Chai Hennessy Road, a sports court along a busy street became a platform for exploring place and mobility. The new design captures the community’s energy while introducing a “4 Points Line”, offering a fresh experience and encouraging social interaction.

Special thanks to photographer for documenting the transformation at Hennessy Road Playground. Come experience how art turns sports courts into a dialogue about community, movement, and creativity!
