Master Ensuite remodel.

Full bathroom Reno.This Reno started because the 10 yr old shower was constantly leaking into the kitchen below. We removed everything and took it down to the subfloor. Now it an awesome master ensuite with heated floor, double shower with bench, full quartz niche centred in the shower, storage shelves and space for laundry hampers and double vanity (not pictured).

Nice little porch refinishing. Tongue and groove pine ceiling with pot lights, clamshell composite decking and facia boards over strapped concrete. Posts are wrapped with rough sawn pine. All the pine is stained with

So it took some time. (This process started last fall.) But after a lot of figuring out we finally got it done. We transformed this Dental office that had plastic sheeting over all the doors with zippers and tape so that they could keep taking care of clients dental needs. Now there are functional doors closing off the treatment rooms to keep at bay and patients safe!

All the doors are 10mm glass on self-centring hinges while the transoms are 6mm and all of the glass is set in custom made poplar and maple framing. We even had to get creative and customize a double hinge system to allow some of the doors to open further than the 90° allowed by the glass door hinges.

Happy Friday!!! Some good progress! Floor was insulated and passed inspection. All air sealing done with a combination of and Wigluv 60! glued with and screwed. 2 of 3 walls are up and there are still more air sealing details to take care of before walls get closed in with which have a continuous insulation R-value of 6.

These custom handles are 33” long and are modified cabinet pulls. There is one Chicago bolt securing each end through the door to another Handle on the other side of the door. The brass bolt adds a nice little accent.
