Whether working alongside employees, supporting customers, or helping guide the company through important decisions, David has consistently led with a steady hand and a team first mindset. As he transitions from CFO to CEO, he brings valuable experience, thoughtful leadership, and a deep understanding of what makes Midland special.

Those who know David know that his influence extends well beyond any title. He’s been a mentor to many, a trusted colleague, and a friend. We’re grateful for all he has contributed and excited to see where this next chapter leads.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Keaton Jones from our Millwright Division!

Keaton is known for being someone his team can count on. His coworkers describe him as reliable, and he brings that same dedication to every job he tackles.

Outside of work, Keaton enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and taking on outdoor adventures. Most importantly, he loves being Papaw to his growing family. He currently has five grandkids with one more on the way, and spending time with them is one of his greatest joys.

One item on Keaton’s bucket list is hiking through the beautiful mountains of Switzerland someday.🏔️

Big shoutout to our Millwright/Mechanical crew in Waco, TX‼️

Wilber Ishonda, Chaise Davis, Jesus Lozano, Ken Anej, Jesse Autrand, and Darnell Keju have been putting in the work on an oven replacement project and doing a great job representing Midland. 💪

When people take the time to brag on our team, it says a lot. It speaks to the kind of work ethic, pride, and craftsmanship our crews bring to the job every day.

That is what Midland is built on.

Proud of this crew and the example they continue to set. 👏

Tullal is someone you can always count on. He brings a strong work ethic, stays focused, and shows up ready to get the job done every day.

When he’s not in the shop, he’s spending time with his wife and kids and making the most of that time with them. One thing on his bucket list is visiting the Redwoods, which says a lot about the kind of experiences he values 🌲

His coworkers describe him as dedicated, and it shows in everything he does.
