Just because they have a van and talk a good talk doesn’t always mean there fully qualified for the job…! Once again our team has had to replace a “new roof” because of previous poor workmanship, customer has ended up paying twice 😐 dont get stung folk do your homework and get recommendations.

Done this roof a few years ago, went back to finish the property off with new roughcast looks the part!

🛑Going forward customers who accept a new roof quote will be required to pay 10% of their MATERIAL DEPOSIT upfront to secure the booking🛑the week before the job begins we will then ask for the further 90% of the deposit.
Not once but twice now we have had a customer book in work with us we tell everyone a rough timeframe but when we contact with start date we have gotten “sorry i want to cancel or ive went elsewhere” please contact us immediately if you want to cancel or rearrange. We create spaces in the diary for these bigger jobs, alot of planning goes into it, pre ordering and finacial forecast. ❗️cancellations cause a major effect on a small business like this please be considerate❗️
