Stair refresh. This client needed their stairs refaced, and the railings reinforced for safety and beauty. It's amazing what this does to curb appeal. Todd got this work done in a couple of days.

Not to make a big deal, but while doing this project we had ANOTHER client reach out and they had been contacted by MCA about their stairs. We were surprised MCA had anything to do with that sort of thing—based on our understanding of their limited control of our homes, they are not a high control HOA. We will be helping that client out too.

Ever have a project that is close to completion but you're not quite sure how to finish? Or you just know you need the skills and perfectionism of a carpenter to get it done? This client had a beautiful lap wall and added the French doors and transom themselves but they weren't quite comfortable with the final finish work of building it out properly. Todd to the rescue! He took their work to the finish line. Now they have the doors they had imagined, finished properly. Doesn't this look great?
