After 27 years with TMR Roofing, it's hard to put into words just how much Lloyd Erb has meant to our company and to the people who have had the privilege of working alongside him.

Lloyd has dedicated nearly three decades of his life to TMR Roofing. Through countless jobs, long days, tough weather, and everything that comes with a career in roofing, he always gave us his time, hard work, and dedication.

As Lloyd steps away from roofing, we know that this next chapter is well deserved.

Saying goodbye to a coworker like Lloyd is never easy. He wasn't just an employee - he became part of the TMR family. His presence, his stories, his personality, and the relationships he built over the years have left a lasting mark on all of us.

Lloyd, thank you. Thank you for 27 years of loyalty, hard work, friendship, and memories. Thank you for everything you contributed to TMR Roofing and the impact you had on the people around you.

You will be truly missed around here, but we are so grateful for the years we were lucky enough to have you as part of our team.

When the temperatures rise, so does the heat on a rooftop.

With this week's extreme heat, we're paying even closer attention to the well-being of our crews. Roofing is tough work, and the temperature on a roof can be significantly hotter than the air temperature, increasing the risk of heat exhaustion.

At TMR Roofing, no job is more important than the safety of our team. That means staying hydrated, taking breaks when needed, recognizing the warning signs of heat exhaustion, and looking out for one another every step of the day.

This Memorial Day, TMR Roofing will be CLOSED as we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country.

This is about more than a long weekend. It is a time to remember the heroes who never made it home - the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who sacrificed their lives so we could live ours in freedom.

Their courage built the foundation of this nation. Their sacrifice protects the American dream we are blessed to live every single day.

We are forever grateful to those who paid the ultimate price for our flag, our freedom, and our future. May we never forget their names, their families, or the legacy they left behind.
