TURNKEY OPERATION ideal for young entrepreneur partnering
with experienced team.

Partners invest in turnkey businesses, working directly with customers
and indirectly with other partners. Existing trucks, equipment, and inventory are provided to service properties through ongoing contracts. Training includes, but is not limited to mechanical and electrical repairs. Trades include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.

If you, or someone you know, think they have mechanical ability and would excel in servicing systems in buildings, please consider the following:
OUR SYSTEMS INCLUDE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING, FIELD TRAINING, APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING
At any point in the process, part-time or full-time work may become available
Start from the ground up, with aptitude assessments
Add mechanical & marketing basics in plumbing & electro-mechanical
Accelerate knowledge training at a pace dependent on the individual ability & effort
Incorporate shadowing experienced Service Specialists for field training
Team building using scientifically proven methods to assist accelerated training
Target acceleration well beyond existing industry capabilities
Basic training builds toward leading edge electro-mechanical service
Our rates are based on $45.00 for Class A Journeymen, starting at 50%, $22.50 for a beginner. Apprenticing follows to 60% after 1st year, 70% 2nd, 80% 3rd, then to Journeyman after 4th.
