Chase Roofing & Masonry is looking to add a motivated helper to our team for roof inspections, damage photos, and basic roofing and masonry documentation.

This position would involve riding along with me or one of our crew members during the day, going to job sites, helping take clear photos, assisting with roof and chimney inspections, and learning how to properly document storm damage, roof issues, chimney damage, flashing issues, and other exterior problems.

We are willing to train the right person, but you must be comfortable using ladders, getting on roofs, and working around construction. Some roofing, construction, masonry, or exterior work experience is preferred.

Pay starts at $50–$75 per day, depending on experience and ability.

Bonuses are also available. For closed roofing or tuckpointing jobs, you can earn an additional $150–$200 per job, depending on the size and type of project.

We take care of the people who work with us. Lunch is covered, and if we stop for drinks, energy drinks, or anything needed throughout the day, you will be taken care of. If we eat, you eat. If we drink, you drink.

We keep a good work environment. We laugh, joke, and make the day enjoyable, but when it is time to work, we handle business, stay professional, and get the job done right.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated, respectful, and wants to learn the roofing and masonry business hands-on. It could be a great fit for someone in their 20s or someone around 17–18 years old looking for real work experience and a chance to grow.

Must be dependable, comfortable with heights, willing to learn, and able to follow directions.
