Bee Journey Part 2 🐝💛🐝 Bees are Vital. I've learnt so much from this first hand (Ha! 🤣 had to be my left hand when I'm left handed) experience.

I love getting garden updates! Sent over the weekend as moments and birdsong were enjoyed! This is the garden where we had a mountain of soil to be creative with that became a tiered fruit and vegetable garden. We've also worked on the borders to increase and enhance wildlife friendly planting 🐝 and all bug 🕷 residences are built by Ori, aged 6.

It's time to get your plant on with Wild.NG!

DID YOU KNOW: our streets could be mini wildlife corridors, if we managed them better.

Plants wanna plant, and instead of spraying dangerous chemicals on them to leave a sad, empty space, we could instead allow (some of) them to line our walkways 🌻🪻🏵️🌼🌺.

Come along on Saturday May 16th, to hear about Sherwood in Nottingham's ongoing campaign and take part in upt to 3 free workshops

- Learn to ID some of our beautiful urban plants
- Learn what they do for our wildlife 🐝🐞🦋🐛🪲
- Get stuck into some street gardening, to enhance the beauty ❤️

A good day's work! 😊

With the arrival of a little one, the garden had to take a back seat, but now tiny feet are toddling, all the family are keen to get outdoors! 💚 Big clearance for this first day, and improving safety, plus creating space to sit and enjoy!

I was sorry to have to clear the Alkanet 🐝🐝 but longer term, the garden will increase it's attraction to wildlife and I always feel sorry when I'm shifting bricks around, because of the spiders 🕷 which I absolutely love! Here's to you finding new crevices!
