Another successful installation and commissioning of an Arbe StorPlate-PS hot water package, generating instantaneous potable hot water from steam. Great temperature control and supply for fluctuating hot water demands in food factories. Our customer in Liverpool now has plenty of hot water for his process!

Arbe have received a contract to supply a packaged pump station, designed for a 7mW hot water boiler for a wood processing factory in Cumbria. The package is complete with an Arbe pressuriation unit, expansion vessels and PLC controls, and will deliver 90 litres/second!

Arbe have recently successfully completed commissioning of one of our StorPlate PS packages designed specifically to produce instantaneous domestic hot water and store LTHW, operating with heat pumps. The unit is installed at the new Chester Fire Station, working with T Clarke and alongside Cool Solutions Distribution. The package was supplied with all controls and heat meters for plug and play operation.

Arbe have supplied one of their StorPlate SPP-PS-HP packages for a project at Chester Fire Station. The unit has been designed to operate with a standard heat pump and the design was optimised to suit the system heating and hot water requirements, whilst ensuring the heat pump runs at it's optimum parameters. The system negates the need for multiple vessels and low loss headers making installation an easier process and bettering sustainable assessments and certification

Arbe have recently completed installation of a new bespoke 2000 litre storage calorifier with a 696 kW steam heater battery on the Stenaline Adventurer ferry which travels between Holyhead & Dublin. Our latest project is for a steam/DHW application where we have utilised our StorPlate-PS indirect primary thermal store design to provide instantaneous DHW at up to 10 litres/second whilst keeping steam heat input to a minimum and also providing stable LTHW for a separate heating system without having to supply separate heat exchanger packages. This saves on capital equipment costs, energy costs and reduces legionella risk for your client

Arbe ACR condensate recovery units have been successfully installed in various factories and universities throughout the UK, including our latest unit, manufactured within a GRP enclosure for a food factory client who wanted it installed outside, as part of their oats and muesli production process. Our ACR tanks and pipework are manufactured from stainless steel and are supplied with plug and play controls.
