A little bathroom reno to help tenants! Outdated tub surround came off, the wall was open to the kitchen & the shower head was only 5ft tall. With a little attention the walls are up, the opening is closed, and the shower height is restored!
Quality of living upgrade for the tenant, and a boost to the value for the owner!

Re-grouting a bathroom floor for a client! The old patched floor joints were in need of a fresh repair over years of use! It’s always a good idea to use sealant when it’s cured to prevent stain and damage!

Facia & soffit refurbishing, and some house paint to make it blend!
You’d be surprised at how many unused wires are usually left attached to the house. You’ll follow them on both ends and see they aren’t attached to anything and just left hanging. Take them all down, clean up the area, give it a fresh prime and paint, and it looks good as new! (Non vented soffits)

Fencing time! Even small spaces need privacy! If anyone lives near a busy road or highway, I very much recommend getting a fence to not only stop people looking into your space, but to damped much of the noise from the constant traffic!

These stairs were a really doozie, the stringer was rusted through and it was unsafe and falling apart top to bottom.. until I got to em! Steel supports under the steps and stringers, new concrete poured all around, new landing on both ends and finished off with a sleek anti-rust paint job! That’ll hold up!!
