Another challenging project accomplished. This one took all of our effort, to bring this house back to life. The old cultured stone failed to prevent the water from getting behind, and into the walls. With practically zero sign of water pe*******on from inside the house, besides a couple small locations, we decided to look into it. Here is what we found hiding behind the stone.
Can't wait to finish the final details for this project, We are in the works for Big Timber grand entry stairs and railings. While the other decks will go with a more modern aluminum rail system.
This house has a whole new lease on life now, with new plywood, framing members, as well as fixing the insulation, that was poorly installed back in the 80s.
