From conception to completion, Tailor Made Design Builds crafted a custom laundry/mudroom. This included a floating shelf, bench seat, and live edge accent detail. Given the limited square footage, meticulous planning was paramount to maximize storage space.

All carpet must go! We were tasked to replace all the carpet in a client's basement which included the stairs. We will be back to put in the skirt boards to finish the stairs off. They were extremely happy with the final result. A little side note this was the third project in two different homes for the same client.

Sometimes replacing all of the cabinets isn't in the chips for your kitchen remodel. We thought this kitchen facelift really brought more light and a greater sense of space to the room.

We began a remodel of Hansen Home Team - Stark Company Realtors office building last week, which includes removing certain walls to achieve a more open layout for the kitchen and break area, as well as revamping the restroom.
