10 MODULES RELOCATED & REINSTATED 🏗️

Another successful modular relocation completed by the Modstruct Group team!

Our team was contracted to relocate 1 modular building comprising 10 individual modules, from initial pack-down through to reinstatement at their new site.

🔧 Our scope included:
• Removal of all existing decking, walkways, awnings and roof overs
• Complete pack-down and preparation of the modular buildings for transport
• Packing and transportation of all office equipment, including desks, chairs, computers and other contents
• Site clean-up following removal of the buildings
• Engineering and installation of new piers
• Installation of block piers and preparation for the modules
• Transport and reinstatement of the 10 modules
• Reassembly and connection of the buildings on the new site
• Installation of new decks, awnings, walkways and associated external works

From decommissioning and transport to site preparation and full reinstatement, our team delivered a complete end-to-end modular relocation solution. ⚡️

🎓 Building futures beyond the classroom 🏗️

We’re currently delivering a refurbishment project at La Salle Academy Lithgow a high school in the Lithgow region and were proud to be invited to take part in the school’s Annual Careers Fair Day.

Students had the opportunity to connect with local businesses and gain real insight into life after school — and we were proud to be involved.

Our Site Manager Peter spoke with students about modular construction, refurbishing existing buildings and new construction, sharing his experience and giving a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into the work we do every day.

Creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and helping shape the next generation — that’s something we’re always proud to support.

The transformation of the Peakhurst Park Community Centre for Georges River Council is now complete — and the results speak for themselves 👀

This project showcases a complete end-to-end delivery by the Modstruct Group team — from the initial demolition of the existing structure through to the handover of a brand new, purpose-designed modular facility 🏢

What started as an dilapidated building has been completely reimagined into a modern, functional space built to better serve the local community.

This project is a perfect example of what can be achieved with a fully integrated approach. We managed the entire process demolition ➡️ design ➡️ off site modular fabrication ➡️ installation ➡️ fitout

By handling every stage in-house, we ensured consistency, efficiency and a high-quality finish across the entire build. ✅
