Position Overview
As a Master Plumber, you will lead and execute a wide range of plumbing projects- from new construction and renovations to maintenance and repairs. You’ll work independently and mentor apprentices while ensuring all work complies with Ontario plumbing codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect systems for leaks, blockages, and proper operation
• Supervise and train plumbing apprentices and journeypersons
• Estimate materials, time, and costs for projects
• Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code, safety regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with contractors, builders, and clients to deliver exceptional service
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
• Valid Ontario Master Plumber License (required)
• Professional plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
