Common asbestos-containing materials include:

This external balcony was hiding serious health risks beneath its surface. Our team removed and decontaminated approx. 70m² of flooring, restoring the space safely and thoroughly.

Items removed included:
⇀ Outdoor ceramic tiles
⇀ Asbestos compressed fibre cement boards
⇀ Asbestos waterproof membrane
⇀ Timber floor panels

Every timber surface and surrounding area was fully decontaminated to remove asbestos dust and debris.

A full clearance was issued, and peace of mind restored.
