Super proud of the guys for locking in & getting this job done in time.
A good customer of ours called and said we need this dance studio painted in 6 days.

….Meanwhile we were smack dab in the middle of another project.

So the guys worked their butts off this week. We’d wrap up our 8hrs and head to the dance studio to work another 6-8hrs. Until 11-12 o’clock.

Let’s bring this house into the 21st Century!!

The pictures do not do this project any justice. But we were healing with years of ni****ne accumulated on the walls and ceilings. Stained doors and trim from the 70’s. Plus regular wear and tear from living in a home for a lot of years. 🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭
We had our work cut out for us!

First everything received 2x coats of BIN Shellac Primer( then some spots received 2x more coats)

•We covered the place wall to wall with X-Board and taped all the seems to keep the newly finished floors clean ✅

•Finish paints were from Sherwin Williams

•Ceilings were finished with Flat White.

•Trim was finished with 2x coats of Emerald Trim Urethane Semi-Gloss White

•Walls were finished with 2-3 coats of Cashmere Eg-shel in Alabaster

•Garage floor received 2x coats of a waterbourne garage floor epoxy.

The transformation really was awesome. 🔥 🔥

We have been so busy and have been working on so many projects that I’ve fallen way behind on my posting.

Here’s the most recent house we completed in Dunstable, MA.

First we powerwashed a week before painting 💦
🔨 We replaced all the cedar shakes on one side of the house. Plus any badly damaged one around the rest. 🪵
🟢Scraped, sanded and oil primed the bare wood.
🎨 2x coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes on the cedar shakes
🖌️ 2x coats of S.W. Super Paint Low Luster (White) on all the trim
🚪 2x Coats of S.W. Forte on doors
🪟 2x Coats of Ben Moore Command Satin on Shutters.
