This is Chris Lynn and Lyndsay Alsbach. These men are two of the hardest workers you could meet. Among many other tasks, Chris and Lyndsay take the initiative to lead the dock crews. The Waterfront Team assembles and breaks down over 100 docks every year. Our valued regular customers count on us to maintain their properties throughout each season. Also, I can count on these men to take care of just about anything that needs to be done within the company. They have become well rounded carpenters and they sacrifice much for the Team to make it easier on all of us.

This season Chris and Lyndsay are joined by David Heyer, Gavin Laudenslager, Matt Richards, and Jeff Doss. These men all have experience working with docks and have come together as one of the best dock crews to date. Chris has mentioned many times how well this season is going because of the quality of experience and teamwork presented.

Installing docks is a labor of love for our clients. There are fewer and fewer dock crews these days. Getting up every morning, putting on wet waders, and braving the elements is challenging. However, these solid men come through and complete the mission with a smile.

I’m so grateful to be on a team with these men and I’m excited to see what the future holds for each of them.

This is Tim Chisolm. He joined The Waterfront Team a little over a year ago. Tim hired on to train as a carpenter. I knew at the time that he would thrive in the fold.

Tim upholds a high level of character and integrity. He is a guy we can all count on day in and day out.

Chisolm juggles multiple responsibilities to help us all do our job better. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to make the team better.

I’ve known Tim since we were young basketball players. We were rivals. He played for the Harbor Light Swordsmen and I played for THE Alanson Vikings. We had some good battles in the paint.

It is a joy working with guys who I’ve known for so long. Also, it becomes so productive when guys like Tim decide to be helpful to the rest of us. It makes things efficient for everyone.

This is Gregg Garn, my mentor and father-in-law, with my son, Judah.

Gregg is the founder of WATERFRONT and still contributes greatly to the Team’s success.

In this photo, Gregg is allowing Judah to get a feel for the saw without actually running it. They spent the week installing a vinyl plank floor in our basement.

Judah helped a great deal this summer and is becoming quite a good carpenter.

Gregg has poured wisdom and much love into my son for several years now.

It’s been a joy watching Judah grow through the years and I look forward to seeing how God will continue to use him in our family and in this community.

This is a project that we’ve been working on since last fall. We’re blessed to work on these beautiful properties. Our friends at Rest Assured recruited us to help with some repairs and painting.

The Waterfront men have created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and accomplishment. I’m very proud to be on a team of guys that value hardwork and personal growth.

Smooth sailing towards dry-in and having a lot of fun together.

I’ve been blessed to see the camaraderie amongst these Team Members.

Our clients have asked us, family, and friends to write biblical scriptures on the framing throughout the home. We’ve enjoyed working with them on creating their Dream Home:)
