Nice boiler job we did a couple weeks ago! Some planning went into this system so that it was sized and piped so extra zones can easily be added in the future!
This customer had us lay the insulation and waterlines for the in-floor heating in their new garage.
We then came back to install the boiler and piping which at the same time the customer wanted us to disconnect their gas water heater and install an indirect water heater.
We also removed their old 1/2” copper waterlines and replaced them with new 3/4”PEX waterlines for improved water pressure.
The final step was adding hot water recirculation lines so that there’s no waiting for hot water to get to the fixtures! We did one recirc for the house lines and then a second one for the hot water to the garage.

Quick had water heater replacement the other day. We had to replace the old vent pipe as the black pipe is no longer allowed to be used. The heat makes abs pipe crack (pictured in the second photo) wich then allows carbon monoxide to escape into your home. Give us a call to get a free quote on getting your abs vents replaced for the safety of your family!

Is one sump pump not keeping up in your basement? Call us to get a twin system installed! This customer called saying their sump pit was almost overflowing and their current pump was running non stop. We got out and installed a second pump piped independently to outside. Call us for a free quote.

Not often does the costumer take the renovations to this extent but when they do we’re here for it!

Last week we took out this tub and replaced it with an adult living shower. This shower is installed for restricted mobility. Everything can be used while sitting down on the built in seat. The grab bars add an extra source of safety. This customer was very happy with their new shower!
