Here’s a nice off grid cabin that Caleo got the call to get back on track and across the finish line.

This cabin sat uncompleted for two years and had some issues that had to get sorted out and boy did the Caleo team win.

Wyatt and Denny were the dream team that did it all and it definitely was a love hate relationship with this one . I would say it turned out amazing and the owners can now enjoy their cabin.

Skoflec electric , McMahon Mechanical , One slash One, Dutch drywall, Powerhouse painting and Kamloops heating thanks for putting in the time on this one too.

These clients designed this from scratch with our architect, and everything to do with this house is their vision.
We look forward to a lasting friendship with the amazing clients who will now call this house their home. Welcome to the Nicola Valley!

Everyone , meet Carter !
Carter is in his 3rd-4th year apprenticeship and has earned his shot at taking a build on as the lead hand carpenter for a home . Foundation and framing.

I remember my first opportunity to grow as a carpenter and applying everything learned to that point. It is extremely exciting and the self growth is in comparable. You have to be thrown in the water and you either sink or learn how to swim.

We sign these kids up to teach the trade and experience is the most valuable asset in my opinion.
Challenging decisions have to be made and problem solving is something you have to do everyday to succeed.
Keep kickin ass Carter your doing great!

Another Caleo project makes the finish line!
Had a few obstacles to over come with timelines due to the floods in Merritt in 2022 but here we are.
A few landscaping details and some concrete in the spring.
The owners are using their home now and once again the whole Caleo team has some new friends in the valley.
Great work by all trades !!👍
