At C&C Fencing Solutions, we strive to make our customers happy with the VALUE and SERVICE that we provide. If you want a quality company and a quality job, you may not get the best & lowest price.

The last two vinyl privacy jobs we completed were delivered a little bit earlier than we anticipated. By the time we installed the fence, there was some grass and dirt stuck to the panels.

While we could’ve explained this away and went about our business, we decided instead to call Christian Teall, owner of Surface Tension, Exterior Cleaning Solutions.

Both of these fences came out amazing! Looked like they just left the extruders!

Highly recommend!!!

Here are a few reasons why the CHEAPEST bid isn’t always the best bid!!!

There is no reason to end an entire line with a section that is less than 75% of a full one! EXCEPT to save on materials required to do it CORRECTLY!

Grade change doesn’t mean building a gate that a Great Dane can scoot underneath of!

Rails need to be tied at the end with a rail tie, not a single screw that exerts pressure in one small area, inevitably cracking the top of the post out!

Cheap hinges & latches require repairs & callbacks which is an inconvenience to the contractor and the homeowner….assuming they even come back!!!

The race to the bottom destroys the local market! This is why it is important to ask the right questions BEFORE you sign a contract!
When you hire unlicensed & uninsured contractors you cut your legs out from under you should a conflict arise!

I’ve been getting a lot of calls or texts asking if we can beat another quote. Most of the time we lose these jobs and we’re okay doing so, here’s why!

While the best deal looks great on paper before the work begins, often times the result isn’t as satisfying! Way too many times, deposits are taken and customer left with a few posts in the ground….if they’re lucky! Sometimes, left with nothing at all. When you hire the “good deal” guys, there are risks you don’t even know you’re taking. No Licensing, no repercussions for poor quality workmanship and zero accountability if YOU ARE taken advantage of! Spoke with 10 homeowners last week who lost well over $50,000!

Ask the right questions! What is the wall thickness of the vinyl materials being used? How is my fence going to look compared to the ground/grade changes? How is my gate going to look when the grade (slope) drops off? How are posts reinforced, what method is used to set each post. What is the post spacing? Will every section be symmetrical, etc….?
