We had a hectic fortnight squeezing in this supply & fit project for a new restaurant upstairs in Thompsons Nightclub building, Belfast. This was our 3rd & final phase of work in this building over the past couple of years.

This job had a strict deadline which need met, working along side M&E on site.

- The pitched ceilings received an MF system, rockwool slab above, 50mm kingspan & wallboard below.

- Exterior liners received 2x2 timber, 50mm kingspan between, a layer of VCL and plasterbaord to face.

- Internal partitions built with 90mm stud, rockwool slabs and 18mm plywood Patressing internal with wallboard finish.

- Staircase from GF- 1st got gypliner system with MF ceiling for the new entrance.

- 2 new Fire escape routes built.

- New Unisex toilets built, with MF ceilings to
Complete the fitout.

All our plasterboard received a T&J finish, ready for the painter.

The first 2 houses supplied & fitted with 230 sq/m of MF Ceilings today in Portadown for Sheriff Homes.

This is our 3rd site of ceilings for this client with another to start later in the year.

What a turnaround in just over 3 weeks.

We recently finished our supply & fit internal fitout package in the new Wallace Suit Shop in Coleraine.

Our scope on this one:

- Metal stud partitions & liners
- MF ceilings & bulkheads
- 1/2 height display walls
- All access panels
- FR lobby downstairs between 2 buildings
- Tape & Joint finish
- All remedial work to older walls

All walls were built with plywood and plasterboard to future proof the new shop for changes down the line.

The work consisted of large center spine wall to add more shopping space, 5 new changing rooms, a store room along with giving the entrance of the shop a revamp.

The finished product has turned out great.

This is our 2nd project for this client with a 3rd in their Ballymena shop in the not so distant future.

We braved the elements over the past fortnight completing this courtyard elevation of SFS stud Work
In the new Strüle Campus in Omagh for Ard Contracts.

Work included in this one:

- 350 sq/m of SFS exterior stud & Klasse G Board
- Window & door jambs formed
- Z bars fixed to steel beams

Construction in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, along with electrical switch room, entrance lobbies & communal corridors.

Another one finished up before the Holidays.

We helped design, supply & build this new office fitout for Dungannon Plant Sales in Ardboe, Co. Tyrone.

Work included in this one:

- 70mm Metal Stud partitions & exterior liners
- MF ceilings
- Plywood grounds
- Feature LED bulkheads
- Acoustic Insulation
- FR partition formed to the peak to split the office & workshop
- Timber Joist Ceiling above corridor for M&E future access

Ready for T&J finish now.

Our 45 mixed 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments in Dunmurray for KEM Construction is nearing completion.

We are still currently working in the communal areas and corridors with work due finished in the next 2/3 weeks.

There has been a serious push with this job only starting over 4 months ago.

We got the first phase of work complete on this grand new build house outside Draperstown this week.

The upstairs ceilings were complete with Plasterboard and the master bedroom had a surround LED bulkhead formed.

The downstairs received MF ceilings, plasterboard and 2 different styles of bulkheads in the kitchen snd snug area.

The 2 vaulted ceilings in the sunrooms received the usual 100 & 50mm kingspan and plasterboard.

All work was carried out to a high standard - with a happy client & ready for plaster.

We will be returning at a later date to form a TV media wall, fire rate and box steel beams above door ways to leave ready for skimming, complete the air tightness taping to windows & doors as well as the PIR floor insulation and polythene.
