🔨🏠 Porch Roof 🏠🔨

Recent local job which required the old porch felt roof stripped and removed all the rotten joints. All the roof timbers were replaced including the cladding and timber fascia boards. I then installed a fibreglass roof to finish it off👍🕺

Longing for summer nights again…😫 ☀️🍻🕺

This was a home project I completed in the summer using a corner space in the garden which wasn’t being used. I used timber to clad the walls and finished the roof off in felt . I also added in two double sockets for electric lights and somewhere to play music 🕺

🔨🔨FLAT ROOF 🔨🔨

This is the latest job I’ve just completed this week. A flat roof extension finished with GRP 1.5M x 2M sky light. The sky light has a blue tinted self cleaning glass. This job was built along side .r_developments_penkridge_ltd great team.

👩‍🍳KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT🔨

This is one of my jobs I’ve recently completed. Existing kitchen removed, supply and fit all new electrics with a full rewire, new spot lights & extractor fan. Ceiling over-boarded & plastered. New safety vinyl flooring and hygiene boards fitted to all the walls. Now ready for stainless steel kitchen to be installed.

🚽🧸TOILET REFURBISHMENT🧸🚽

This is the latest job just finished. It was a complete rip out back to brick and start again. With new spot lights and exterior fan supplied by and all new plumbing work was done by and a big thanks to for the painting and decorating. Really happy with the finish on this one 🕺

🚽UNDER STAIRS TOILET🚽

Just completed this under stairs toilet which originally had issues with damp so it was a complete rip out, back to brick and start again. All pipe work was changed to copper and a new DPC was layed in the concrete with a damp injection was put into the brick work. Big thanks to for the plumbing work.
