This is probably the worst I have seen! A home that was under contract needed some tie-downs for an engineer certificate. After getting under the home to install, I noticed some piers with rust, come to find out basically half the home had piers that were COMPLETELY rusted and holding NO weight! If this home was not on a stem-wall it would have fallen down on the front end. 35 piers replaced, home leveled, and tie-downs installed. All done in time for escrow to close. Don't let this happen to you! Get a home inspection, home leveling, tie-downs and engineer certificate from who knows manufactured homes best! 928-451-1459
