After Austin Hess started rewiring this project for updated electrical service he connected me to do the remaining remodeling. It didn't take long to see just how much work it would take to get it to the end of the first phase of work as you see it. There where lots of framing changes and corrections that needed addressed from a horribly weaked floor joist not supporting the second floor, ruined due to being almost completely cut through by a plumber some years ago causing costly damages to that living area above and its bathroom. To rebuilding the entire first floors subfloor and so much framing in between. This comes from 100+ year old construction and so many things from then till now thats happened naturally to the structure and otherwise. New construction would have been easier but far most costly. I like a challenge and as you can see it all turned out very well. Next phase is completing a tile backed walk in shower and the completion of the rest of the bathroom thats still currently gutted. After that a brand new much needed updated kitchen. Follow along!

Couldn't tell you how many times I'v been asked how I do heavy parts of remodels by my self as a one my band. And yet it always works out.

So I took a sound clip from a funny content creator I had seen for what he says to make this video.

These 3" thick, solid, ruff wood floating shelves were 60lbs+ each. And the final touch to the kitchen remodel from last summer

that the customer sourced and they took months to recieve. They couldn't believe that I manage this task of mounting them and many other tasks in the remodel overall.. My father taught me to figure things out as he generally did most things on his own too, atleast when he was younger.. So with a little bit of fun I made this video to showcase these beautiful shelves.

Just finished this focused tub to tile walk in shower remodel. In addition new LVP flooring and re-glazing of a nice old pedestal sink with new fixtures.

After a long overdue botched 23yo DIY shower remodel that caused lots of water damage over that time. There was not only no proper waterproofing but also no exterior wall insulation. All of that has now been corrected. Luckily the floor under the bathtub wasn't terrible but still needed the subfloor corrected to do the job right. Everything is the way it should be now.

It felt good to know that though the customers kids are now adults and moved out. They grew up with that old shower setup, so they all came home to try out the new one and loved it the very first time it was open for use.

This will serve her well for more then many years to come!

I assembled this Broyhill 10x12 Screenhouse gazebo today. Its temporarily attached to its current location. Next summer they plan to have me build a deck out off the current stamped concrete patio where it will be relocated. Till then it offers a dryer outside location they were looking to relax in the mean time.

I do offer assembing of kits. From something this large down to smaller items like furniture. Some people are understandably intimidated by premade kits assembing them. If thats you, contact me. 😎👍
