Landscape Supervisor
$18–$30 / hour
We are searching for a talented and dedicated landscape Supervisor to join our team. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including but not only, basic lawn repairs, Hardscape and softscape Landscapes.
As the landscape Supervisor, you will ensure the efficiency and completion of various landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
🌱 Oversee 2-4 staff in effectively completing jobs.
🌱Oversee design and realization of landscape designs.
🌱Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, trees and shrubs.
🌱Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
🌱Advise clients on how to look after the landscape.
Requirements:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
✔️A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a landscaping or grounds keeping role.
✔️Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, Mini skid steer, Packer etc
✔️Strong knowledge of Pavers installation, Tree Planting, Rock Garden bed installation, and basic lawn maintenance.
✔️High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
✔️Good stamina and physical health.
✔️Class 5 Drivers license required
✔️Class 3 Drivers license preferred
Expected start date: ASAP
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Monday to Friday
