Cal-Tech provides construction material testing services to the construction industry in concrete, soil and asphalt. We are actively involved in numerous FDOT projects throughout North Florida, as well as commercial and private projects, and we continue to work on Airports in the US Virgin Islands, Florida and Georgia. Our personnel are certified by FDOT, ACI, CMEC, and other appropriate agencies and are familiar with many construction techniques and procedures. Cal-Tech maintains fully operational drill rigs for performance of: Standard Penetration Test Borings, Auger Borings, Rock Coring and Monitoring Well Installation. We also perform Dynamic Cone Penetrometer, Static Cone Penetrometer and Foundation Evaluation, Design and Recommendation. Other services include Field Permeabilities, Double-Ring Infiltrometer, and Consolidations; In 2012, as the parent company, Cal-Tech formed Foundation Professionals of Florida, Inc. to market the foundation stabilization and sinkhole remediation portion of the business to the commercial, residential and government sectors.
