We visited a property last week and found this unsafe, heat only boiler. The seals had gone and had potential to leak carbon monoxide so it was disconnected and capped. We manage to fit the customer in and replace it today.

This boiler hadn’t been serviced for 4 year so no one had the chance to pick up on the issue sooner.
Make sure to keep on top of servicing your boiler to avoid the cost of a new one.

Old fire and back boiler stripped and converted to a more efficient combi boiler in the existing cyclinder cupboard today. We made this job a priority as it was for a elderly couple with no heating so we will start responding to messages again from tomorrow.

Radiator added to a garage conversion and 2 new radiators first fixed and second fixed to suit new kitchen.
