Last week, we officially topped out the structure marking the completion of a significant stage in the project and bringing the vision for Grandview one step closer to reality.

We’re proud to have played our part in building another award-winning project, with the Pascoe Vale Social Housing Development receiving an award in the Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing category at the Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Architecture Awards.

Built in partnership with Homes Victoria as part of the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build, the project delivers 70 high-quality social housing apartments that will provide safe, modern homes for the community.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this outstanding project to life.

One of Grandview’s most defining architectural features is beginning to take shape. The curve of the building has been designed to embrace the heritage listed tree that sits at the heart of the site, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape and celebrating one of the site’s most significant natural assets.
