90 Square metres prepped and ready for indian sandstone next week.

Trees, hedges and raised beds removed.

All old flags recycled. Some used for flag on edge, the rest broken up and used as hard-core.

Tiles don't just crack, there's normally a reason behind it.

This one had a few reasons.

1: A water leak had worked its way under the tiled floor from the recessed cistern vanity.
2: The crack mat was incorrectly installed, no adhesive had taken to it.
3: All the floor tiles were spot dabbed and not full covered.
4: I also don't think they used flexible floor tile adhesive, but cannot be certain on that one.

Currently booked up until Christmas. 😁

I may be able to fit smaller jobs in between now and Christmas over weekends.

I am however pricing work for the New Year!
