Yum! Right out of the oven. A rustic Fresh Peach Galette! Organic Sourdough Einkorn crust! Many thanks to my good friend Dawn for bringing me the fresh peaches.

The Wild Morning Glories were at their peak this morning! I’ve been letting the vines go. They don’t last but a few ours but some days they are glorious!

Yum! A late Sunday morning treat! Bacon, eggs, sausage gravy over homemade sourdough toast, stoneground grits, fresh tomatoes out of the garden. All clean food, direct from the source. Pastured pork and eggs, raw milk for the gravy. You don’t need to go through drive thru and get poison food! If you have a family make it a fun time in the kitchen! Teach yourself and kids to cook.

Yep, it’s that time again! Canning homemade Tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes right out of the garden! About 5 pints today.

I’ve already froze beans and made over a gallon of fermented pickles. More coming in.

Some towns and states are boycotting the 250th Anniversary, in you live in those places get out and find some places to celebrate!
