- Carpentry: Build the core structural wood or steel skeleton, subfloors, and partitions, while finish carpenters install doors, windows, molding, and cabinetry.
- Masonry: Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stone to repair or construct structural walls, chimneys, and foundations.
- Roofing: Repair, replace, or structurally modify the roof framework and weatherproofing membranes.
๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น, ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น, & ๐ฃ๐น๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ป๐ด (๐ ๐๐ฃ) ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐
- Electrical: Wire the building for power, upgrade service panels, reroute lines, and install lighting and circuit breakers.
- Plumbing: Install, reroute, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms.
- HVAC Tech: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Configure structural ductwork, install climate control systems, and implement ventilation.

- Drywalling: Hang wallboard, apply tape, and finish joints to create seamless interior walls ready for texturing.
- Flooring & Tiling: Lay tile, hardwood, carpets, and luxury vinyl, including complex waterproofing for wet areas.
- Painting: Apply protective primers, custom finishes, stains, and sealants to newly prepped interior and exterior surfaces.

- Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
- Proven experience in one of the above trades
- Relevant certifications and qualifications
- Must have prior residential door installation experience
- Must have a helper/second installer available
- Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must speak and understand English
- Professional references from recent installations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Communicates well with homeowners
- Complete installations with minimal supervision
