Bathroom remodel underway . converting over to a standard size tub and shower . replacement of subfloor and we added blocking to the floor joist around the tub to ensure no sag in the floor over years to come . Stay tuned for the final product

Another one in the Books , Another happy customer . We Finnished up this beautiful deck today in Newton , Nj . This project was a lot of fun for all of us at Drakes Unlimited the Homeowner had the most awesome dog Cody , he was alot of fun to be around while working . We’ll be back here in the spring time to fence in the entire back yard .

We finished up this custom patio today for a customer in Newton . We got a little wet but , we got the job done . The customer was so thrilled Next week we’ll be back remove the old paver sidewalk and add a stepping stone path to match the patio

Tonight as the owner of Drakes Unlimited Contracting , I received an award from sussex county 4-H for the work we provided to them in the 4-H building at the sussex county fairgrounds , a few weeks prior to the fair .

I am honored to accept this award and all of the kind words said about our craftsmanship and professionalism . I want to thank each and every member of 4-H and all of its clubs because without any of you none of this would be possible . Thank you

!!PHASE 2 COMPLETE !! After installing the floors , 3 doors , trim , and caulk were happy to say phase 2 is complete. Kitchen and bathroom yet to come in phase 3 .

PHASE ONE COMPLETE ! We’re currently renovating above Bar . Here’s some before and after pictures of phase 1 of 3 , the wall demo and re installation of sheet rock+spackle .

Now we’re off to NY for another sheet rock install in a new house , before we start phase two on this project kitchen/bathroom remodel .

Excavation and backfill of propane utility trench . We also added 4.5 yards of topsoil around the house in different locations with deep root fuscue grass seed and liquid fertilizer topped with some simple grass hay . Another job complete , another happy customer !

Another remodel finished off with these beautiful farmhouse colors . Our client was so happy with the way this turned out, that we will be returning to do a two tone paint job on the kitchen cabinets as well .

Here’s a small pour we did yeaterday. A power trowel finished floor inside this little addition to this old farm house built in 1793 historic to Lafayette township .

A few small jobs from the other day . Replacement of a door with a pre hung door . We also sealed the edge of the tub where the existing caulking had cracked and allowed water to drip down and cause water damage over time to the sheet rock in the downstairs bathroom & cut out and replaced this small section of Sheetrock , satisfying yet another customer .
