WEโRE HIRING: ARCHITECT II
Office Location: Marikina City
Work Setup: Hybrid โ 1 WFH day per week
We are looking for an Architect II to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented architect who can take an active role in design development, technical documentation, project coordination, site implementation, and production management.
The position will require close collaboration with the Design Director and Principal Architect, providing direct exposure to design decisions, project strategies, client coordination, and the overall delivery of projects from concept through construction.
We offer a hybrid work arrangement with one (1) Work-from-Home day per week, subject to project requirements, scheduled meetings, design workshops, and site activities. The successful candidate will primarily report to our office in Marikina City.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Registered & Licensed Architect preferred
* At least 2โ3 years of relevant architectural experience
* Strong background in architectural design and design development
* Proficient in preparing detailed drawings, construction documents, and presentations
* Experience coordinating with MEPF, structural, and other design consultants
* Capable of conducting site inspections and resolving design and site coordination concerns
* Ability to manage and guide junior staff or production team members to meet project deadlines and required deliverables
* Strong time management, delegation, and monitoring skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, and other relevant architectural software
* Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage
* Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with the Design Director and Principal Architect in developing architectural concepts and project design direction
* Translate design direction into coordinated plans, drawings, presentations, and technical documentation
* Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed design packages
* Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents
* Manage and coordinate assigned production staff, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality review
* Ensure production deadlines, drawing packages, and project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
* Identify potential delays or production issues and coordinate corrective actions with project leadership
* Coordinate design requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
* Participate in design reviews, client presentations, workshops, and project coordination meetings
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of design deliverables
* Conduct site inspections and ensure implementation is aligned with approved drawings and design intent
* Resolve architectural and interdisciplinary coordination issues
* Support quality control and documentation standards across assigned projects
* Take increasing ownership of assigned projects under the guidance of senior design leadership
