Hi everyone,
Manan Construction and Joinery Company is looking for an Assistant Administration Officer to join our team on a temporary basis.
Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle enquiries
3. Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
4. Help prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
5. Support the coordination of meetings, schedules, and basic office tasks
6. Assist with company banking and finance duties, including:
A) Processing invoices and payments.
B)Recording financial transactions.
C)Preparing bank deposits and reconciliations.
D)Assisting with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.

E) Help keep the office organized and running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Someone who is organized, reliable and has good attention to detail.
2. Strong communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
3. Previous administration or office experience is preferred
4. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
