Tối ngày 04.08.2026 đến rạng sáng ngày 05.08.2026, B*H dự án The Legend City Đà Nẵng đã hoàn thành công tác đổ bê tông sàn dầm chuyển tầng 4 có chiều cao 2,7m và bề rộng 2,95m. Đây được ghi nhận là hệ sàn dầm chuyển có quy mô lớn nhất tại Đà Nẵng tính đến thời điểm hiện nay, đánh dấu một cột mốc quan trọng trong quá trình thi công dự án.
💥Mẻ đổ đặc biệt này được triển khai với quy mô kỹ thuật ấn tượng, sử dụng khoảng 4.500m³ bê tông lạnh khối lớn, 1.000 tấn thép cùng hệ thống cáp dự ứng lực tích hợp trong kết cấu dầm chuyển. Khối lượng vật tư và yêu cầu kỹ thuật cao đòi hỏi công tác tổ chức, điều phối và kiểm soát chất lượng phải được thực hiện nghiêm ngặt ở mọi công đoạn.
Để đảm bảo quá trình thi công diễn ra liên tục, B*H dự án đã phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhiều nhà cung cấp bê tông lớn, huy động hàng chục xe trộn, bơm cần và bơm ngang hoạt động xuyên đêm, duy trì nguồn cung ổn định trong suốt thời gian thi công.

🎯🌟🚩CENTRAL | THE LEGEND CITY DA NANG COMPLETES MASSIVE TRANSFER SLAB AND BEAM CONCRETE POUR
From the evening of August 4 to the early morning of August 5, 2026, the CENTRAL’s PMB at The Legend City Da Nang successfully completed the concrete pouring for the Level 4 transfer slab and beams, featuring a structural depth of 2.7 meters and a width of 2.95 meters. The milestone is recognized as the largest transfer slab and beam system completed in Da Nang to date, marking a significant achievement in the project's construction progress.
💥The large-scale concrete pour involved approximately 4,500 m³ of mass chilled concrete, 1,000 tons of reinforcement steel, and an integrated post-tensioning cable system within the transfer beam structure. The substantial material volume and stringent technical requirements demanded meticulous planning, coordination, and quality control throughout every stage of ex*****on.
To ensure uninterrupted construction, the PMB worked closely with multiple major concrete suppliers, mobilizing dozens of concrete mixer trucks, boom pumps, and line pumps to operate continuously overnight and maintain a stable concrete supply throughout the pour.
💎️Strategically located on a prime site with four frontages at the foot of Cau Rong Bridge, The Legend City Da Nang comprises three basement levels and two 29-story towers, accommodating hotel and high-end residential functions. The project is currently among the prominent developments attracting significant attention in Da Nang and the Central Vietnam real estate market.
As the final concrete pumping operations were completed, a strong sense of pride was evident among the engineers and workers on site. The successful pour was not only the result of many hours of continuous effort, but also a testament to the close coordination, strong sense of responsibility, and determination demonstrated by the Client, CENTRAL, and all partners.
Following this major milestone, the PMB will continue executing the structural works for the typical floors, steadily advancing the project in line with the committed schedule and quality standards.
