Job description:
· integrated design in BIM (Building Information Modelling)
· engineer for Ventilation and Air condition systems (HVAC)
· design co-ordination with authorities, project owner and other involved planners
· ensure consistency and quality of documents
· prepare drawings and calculations
· leading a project team or a design team
· develop projects from the concept to the detailed design
Requirements:
· graduated engineer in HVAC, Technical building services or simlar
· experience in using engineering design software
· common office applications
e.g. Autodesk Revit, etc.
· Vietnamese language, Basics in English in oral and written communication
· independent, efficient and problem-solving working method
· teamwork
· 5 years’ experience on the job as a Design Engineer
